Gully-Stats Privacy Policy
_Last updated: November 5, 2026_

gully-stats is a private tool used by the GULLYCRAFT team to track how our own YouTube videos perform. It is not a public app, and it is only used with YouTube channels we own.

What data it accesses:
When a channel owner signs in with Google, gully-stats asks for **read-only** access to:
- **YouTube Data API**: the channel's list of public videos (title, publish date, length, link).
- **YouTube Analytics API**: performance stats for those videos (views, watch time, average view duration, click-through rate, subscribers gained, likes, comments).
It cannot upload, edit or delete videos, comments, or anything else on YouTube. It does not access viewers' personal information.

How the data is used and stored:
- Stats are copied once a day into a private Notion workspace owned by the GULLYCRAFT team, where we use them to plan content and report results.
- The sign-in token is stored encrypted as a secret in a private GitHub repository and is used only to run this daily sync.
- We do not sell, share, or transfer this data to anyone, and we do not use it for advertising.

gully-stats' use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the [Google API Services User Data Policy](https://developers.google.com/terms/api-services-user-data-policy), including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing access
A channel owner can revoke gully-stats' access at any time at <https://myaccount.google.com/permissions>. Stats already copied into our Notion workspace can be deleted on request.
